I am trying to find the solution from last week but no solution found.

If you are using WebSphere Application Server, you must also add a custom property that points to the sqljdbc4. I will try to install the sqljxbc.jar version listed above.

From the pop-up window, select Properties. The simulation of normal workloads showed acceptable performance. I have deployed JDBC driver sqljdbc4. I'm assuming that the jars do not go into the default deployment directory. So once I switched to sqljdbc4, I thought everything would be OK.

The created user has the correct permissions in the Jazz Team Server database.

I also removed the other jar files and this worked.
